Bottle. Foggy golden. Moderate white head. Aroma: orange peel, citrusy hop, dank, pale malts, minor ale yeast. Light plus body. Taste: light sweet. Malty start. Hoppy ending. Resin end citrus. Light bitterness. Not enough hop intensity. Still very deinkable.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours clear golden amber, small white head. Very distant, barely discernible citric orange on the nose, pale malt. Taste is extremely light, perhaps lagery in body, pale malt and the lightest whisper of orange coming through. Tastes like a citrus Carlsberg. Not great.

Not a bad beer, just a boring one, a melding of an extra pale ale with an unobtrusive orange backbone. Mild cracker malt provides a barebones sweetness, while the orange peel gives a citric slant to the slightly pine-tinted hop bitterness. Well-crafted, if not all that exciting. Probably would’ve rated it higher if it hadn’t been the pint I was drinking when my bank called and told me somebody had swiped my debit card numbers. Tends to sour the mood.

Bottle form Asda. Golden in colour, with a small, white, head and plenty of fizziness. Light aroma of white bread and tangerines. Flavour was also fairly light, with plenty of sweetish orange character, some inoffensive malts and a dryish finish. Fine.
