7-3-7-3-14 Bottle, vintage 2015. Shared with Inbreak and friends. Slow gusher. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart fruity notes with hay and citrusy bretty notes, as well as currants, soapy herbal notes and minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes, with hay, bretty citrusy notes and herbal notes, as well as wine grapes and wooden barrels.

Clear, mild haze small yellow head. Smells like grapes like Welch’s. Funky, Brett forward, some blue cheese mild oak. Exceptional velvety mouthfeel.

Bottle. Cloudy wit-like dirty yellow-brown body, thin ring of carbonation. Nose of pineapple, sour wheat mash, and hints of lemon; also oak and sour white grape. Oaky, cobwebby body, funky, dry, and floral with vinous depth. Quite good.

Bottle @ Camping Belle Italia, Largo de Garda. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, malt, yeast, brett, light spice, leather, sour fruit, white grapes. Flavor is light sour, malt, nice bretty, leather, sour fruit, grapes, pineapple. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. Easy drinkable. 250717

KRS 091216.Cloudy golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is berries, malt, yeast. Flavor is berries, malt, yeast, brett, citrus, hay, funk. Nice beer.

Bottle @ Scheffels Otha fish in the sea Tasting. Pours Hazy golden with a white head. Grapefruit, manuer, tropical fruit and pineapple. Dry and bitter flavor with good brett. Slight Leather but downplayed. Good!

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is brett and tropical fruit, pineapple and peach. Thin body, nice tartness, pineapple, guava, light oak, funk, very good.
