Bottled. Golden colour, clear, no head. Dryish with clean, hard maouthfeel. There’s a hint of boiled vegetables before a lightly hoppy finish with medium bitterness.

Golden coloured body with some light orange highlights and a thinnish white off-white head. Aroma of nice light hops (with more of a floral quality), pale malt and some slight caster sugar essences. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive hoppiness (compared to other Aussies) with a strong malt backbone the whole way. Long refined aftertaste showcasing the malt, but bringing bitterness to the palate with the hops. Overall, a nice and welcome variation from the norm with subpar Aussie beers to date. I sampled this 12 ounce bottle at the Crown Casino on 03-June-2004 in Melbourne, Australia.
