Аромат в меру пшеничный и неплохо отдает банановостью, дрожжи есть но на самом краюшке по их количеству, буквально припарашено легкими травами с гвоздиков в основе. Цвет красивый, мутный и ярко желтый, пенка тоже красивая. Вкус умеренный, немного терпкий. Есть бананы но быстро пропадают, переходят в специи, дрожжи и пшеницу. В целом нормальная пшеничка, но далеко не лучшая.

GBBF Day 2. Keg. Hazy gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, sweet. Good sweetish floral hops. Some banana esters on the dry finish. Amusing.

Recht helle und für ein Weißbier eine zunächst recht klare Farbe. Ist der letzte Schluck aus der Flasche eingeschenkt, wabert eine gute Menge Hefe durch das Glas und das Bier bekommt doch noch eine schön intensive Trübung. Geschmacklich sind säuerliche Noten vorherrschend - machen aber das Bier trotzdem nicht „sauer“. Zitronenschale, ein Hauch Apfelessig und auch die Hefe hat ihren Anteil. Sehr erfrischend. Ideal für heiße Tage und den großen Durst.

Appearance: Cloudy gold with a good white head. Aroma: Wheat bread, banana, other esters, clove. Taste: Similar picture. Medium dry. Some hop in the ending. Good balance. Mouth feel: Medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: High quality hefe.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a large thick creamy white head. Typical Hefe aromas of bananas and cloves with some peppery spice. Taste is again more bananas, cloves and peppery spice. Hints of lemon. Thinnish body, a fair amount of carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice refreshing Hefe and certainly above average for the style.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours hazed yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Medium sweet flavour, nice rich wheat bread, nips of lemon, dough, yeast, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more doughy wheat bread, biscuits, citrus accents. Tasty, drinkable hefe.

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy light orange to dark yellow with a foamy head. Clove, banana, estery notes, citrus, slightly grassy hoppy, sourdough. Slight sourness, slightly bitter and slightly sweet. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Crisp and fresh Weißbier, really good!
