Bottle:Golden coloured, lively carbonation, firm, creamy, persistent white head; pale malt and aromatic herbal hops in the nose; soft creamy MF, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; "oaky" traces in the sweet and grassy-hoppy finish. Good, solid and well crafted.......

(from the tap at the brewpub) Clear, golden colour with a dense, medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly dusty and sweet pale malt aroma with fresh herbal, nettle-like hops. Moderately bitter flavour with a light balancing malty sweetness; good herbal hops profile; light to medium bodied with a soft and mellow, well-matured mouthfeel; malt-accented, slightly hoppy finish. Moreish brew with a rural touch (10.02.08).
