Bottled. Clear golden, airy head. Neutral nose. Sweet and fruity. Mushy and dusty. Poorly structured with notes of chemicals, soil, bread and metal. Low bitterness. Poor throughout.

The bottle looks a little bit better than the pilsner. Fine spicy aroma. Flavor also fine spicy, a little bit sweet. Very drinkable and good beer!

Test vom 17.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,6,5,5,7,6 - 6,25

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow and with a diminshed white head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Flavour is fresh, slight grassy, and with a mild sweetness. Finish holds a fresh bitterness.

500 ml bottle, a gift from Germany. ABV is 5.5%. Clear golden colour with a large and lasting head. Moderate aroma of fruity hops. The flavour is quite well balanced between the malts and hops. Hoppy finish. Relatively soft and pleasant mouthfeel for a 5.5% golden lager. Definitely drinkable.

Bottled. An orange beer with a disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, though in a very uninspiring way.

Bottle: Clear, golden coloured, medium-sized fluffy head, rather quickly collapsing; faint nose: grainy, dusty, grassy, cardboardy; light sweetish flavour; short, slightly bitter, also soapy-sweetish finish with a touch of vegetables. Gulp....InBev managed it to re-create the original DDR-taste !
