(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a moderate foamy white head. Sweet and slightly acidic grainy and wheaty nose with a light fruit-character (light citrus and banana) and a touch of vanilla and cloves. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Wheat-malty taste in good balance with fruity (citrus, peach) notes; moderately yeasty and fruity finish, slightly sweet and tart with a good length. Although I am not a Wheat-Lover this one is quite balanced and refreshing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a nice, off-white head. Distinct, fresh banana aroma. Medium body with smooth, fruity accents of banana and citrus with a vague underlying tartness. Distinct yeasty notes. A rather nice Hefe. 211006

A hazy orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of wheat, but also light notes of banana and spices. The flavor is sweet malty - and quite fresh, but the body is thin.

Bottle: Hazy, pale golden, thin, but long lasting off-white head; yeasty, sweetish fruity (citrus, banana) nose with a tinge of wheat; slightly sweetish flavour, light bodied; short finish with distinctive citrusy notes and bananas again, only an illusion of bitterness. Drinkable, nothing special..................

Clove, tart citric aroma. Milky yellow, big creamy head. Wheat edges, heavy on the clove, banana and cherry indeed, somewhat dusty and minerally. Lightbodied, a bit oily mouthfeel. Curious weissbier, but kind of falls in line with what I have tried from northern bavaria.

Bottle. Sweet banana and wheat aroma - slightly reminiscent of bubble gum. Yellow-tan color - cloudy with short head. Sweet flavor of wheat and slight cherry/banana - fairly subdued flavor - odd bitter/ester taste in an otherwise fine beer.
