Bottle. A lightly hazy pale golden beer with a dense finger thick white head. Some lacing. Mostly funky aroma, fruity, with cellar notes, leather hints and some medicine like hints. It’s medium bodied, very nicely carbonated and dry. It’s fruity, lightly berry-ish and with some pale malts and funk. Lemon hints. Long finish where also some bitterness shines through, leaving a dry mouthfeel. 161209

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, brett, funk, fruity, hint of pineapple and mango. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light sour with a long funky, brett, fruity and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

500ml bottle pours out a cloudy pale dish water color small white head. Nose is light citrus notes Brett and some fruit. Taste is more of the Brett notes citrus and a little buggy.

Bottle at RBESG 2016 Grand Tasting Part 2, Brew Pub Le Sec. Very hazy straw to golden with a white head. Aroma of big Brett funk, barnyard, manure, woody notes and light citrus. Flavour is light sweet and light to light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. [10-07-2016]

10th July 2016. Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting Part 2: Brew Pub Le Sec. Hazy lemon coloured pour, weak white topping. Plenty of tropical fruits in the nose, with a slight citrus leaning. The taste followed the same lines, citrusy fruitiness, some mild yeast hints and a sour note or two. Not really my sort of beer.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, fruity, tart, peach, mango, pineapple, grapes, funky, medium dry.
