This beer is a celebration of Europe and what can be achieved when working together, showcasing hops sourced fairly from both the UK and Spain backed up by fresh citrus fruit from the continent.

Hazy yellow, thin head. Bit murky and head goes super fast. Light, mellow lemon aroma. taste is surprisingly tart. Lots of citrus, bitter hop, something floral in there too which lingers into an airy finish. Dry, fruity finish. Decent.

Juicy West Coast IPA with lots of lemon. Some coriander in the mix and soft malts. Not sure if the coriander was intended. The profile is much more American than English IPA for me
