Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ As Browar Stu Mostów ART26 / Finback DIPA Yuzu and Guava ].Light unclear medium to light yellow colour with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, lemon, lime, yuzu. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, yuzu, guava, citrus, lime, rich, warming. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20190816] 7-3-7-3-15

Bottle on the EU07, Poznan to Toruń, 13/07/19. Almost clear golden with a thin off white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is stoned fruits, guava, ripe citric flesh, light booze fumes. Taste comprises more guava, green berry tang, mixed tropical fruits, weed, citric tinged straw, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising boost and lightly aggressive hop bitterness. Ok but nothing I’d revisit.

6th July 2019 Light haze on this cold beer, short-lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth, decent fine carbonation. Smooth light malt, and mild creamy sweetness. Nice guava vibe follows from the nose. Light Yuzu. The tangerine and lime aspect of Yuzu more dominant than than the grapefruit. Light pine. Little sherbet citrus. Light finish. Nice. Good stuff, does what it says on the tin. Good guava and decent yuzu.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma of yuzu, guava. Taste is very sweet, juicy, citrusy yuzu dominates, almost overpowers the exotic guava, light hop bitterness. Medium body.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, fruit stones, ripe tropical fruits, grass, bark, light malts, minerals, dusty hops, harsh citrus peel, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough, I expected more from the yuzu part...

Tap at Unorthodox. Loads of juicy exotic character - lychee, mango, probably the guava, citruses rather background - mostly exotic. Very rich, juicy. Slightly milky. Full perceived body yet easy drinking. Moderate carbonation. Excellent.
