Hazy orange colour with a tiny white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is tart fruits, wood, some brett and mild funky tones. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma. Age has rounded this one rather nicely.

Pours orange/golden with almost no head, lightly hopped, soft cheese and funk, floral, smooth, slightly salty, some earthy woody notes, this stuff isn’t sour at all, balanced stuff,

Pretty solid hopped lambic; super bright on the nose, more tart than a usual Cantillon
