Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Unclear amber body with a medium sized white head. Aroma is fruity, some malt and farmhouse yeasty. Nice, quite fruity flavor with malt, hint of bread, caramel and a bit spicy. Medium to moderate bitterness. Balanced body and average aftertaste. Nothing really outstanding, but simply a well made beer with a fruity farmhouse profile.

Obfita piana, zmętnione. W aromacie gruszka, cukierki, delikatnie mrożona herbata z limonką, woda po ogórkach. Lekka goryczka, wytrawne. Lemmy! \,,/

Keg at Jabeerwocky, 13/07/19. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangy citric peel, light yeast esters, stale bread, herbs. Taste comprises light orange, yeast esters, faint soap, lemon drizzle, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable saison.

Tap at Jabeerwocky. Hazy orange-amber, low head. Funky, bretty nose, dry peach or apricot, lemon, grain. Nicely bretty, lots of horse blanket, lemon, dust, leather, some sweetness remains. Prickly, bitter, dry finish. Good wild saison.

On tap at Jabeerwocky, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral dry hopping, saison yeast, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with light saison yeast, some citrus and floral hopping. Nice integration of American dry hopping and saison yeast. Solid but nothing special.
