Alljährlich gebraut zum Jahrestag des 1516 in Ingolstadt verkündeten weltberühmten Bayerischen Reinheitsgebotes. Nach altüberliefertem Braurezept mit ausgesuchten Zutaten ist es edel-aromatisch und süß im Antrunk.
Dieses Bier wird für die traditionelle Festzeit in Bayern eingebraut und auf den Oktoberfesten ausgeschenkt. Verfügbar ist es daher nur saisonal und wird normalerweise im Maßkrug (1 Liter Krug) genossen.

Bottle at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, grain. Taste is the same, sweet and some bitterness, ok beer.

(bottle, 5.6% abv) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Grainy malty aroma with hints of powdered sugar, dough, sulfur and subtle fruity accents. Moderately sweet and restrained bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly doughy and grainy malty taste with shades of grassy hops far in the background; moderately sweet and slightly grainy malty finish. Rather boring. 21.I.17

Can from an Egerer Advent pack from the Woodland CostCo. Pours gold with a white head. Bready/yeasty aroma. Near med body. Flavor is bready with a light touch of spicy hop. Could be a bit of grass. It’s not particularly sweet, so the minimal hop (IMO) provides a decent bitterness. Certainly drinkable.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o sredniej bialej piance, niestety szybko opadajacej. Jasnej zlocistej barwie. W smaku dominuje slod z slodkim nasileniem. Niezbyt ciekawe dla mnie. Etykieta kolorowa i swiateczna robi wieksze wrazenie niz to co ma sie nalane w kuflu.

bottle, Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Golden yellow with a white head. Malty with a grainy touch, shy grassy hops with a touch of citrus fruit.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass golden, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, more and more moldy with some grasy notes. Light sourish. Finish a bit milder, less moldy. Okay.

Pours a golden color. Aroma of malt, caramel, grain, little hops. Flavor is malt, sweet caramel, grain, light hops.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelgoldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Dark yellow colour, with an average white head, disappearing. Smell is malts, with herbal notes, straw. Taste is malty too, licorice, and an unpleasant metallic note. Medium/high carbonation. Not my beer.
