Aus der Flasche 2015-08 getrunken. Wow was für eine Nase - Mango und andere Südfrüchte. Doch am Gaumen wieder eine typische IPA Entäuschung - kaum Frucht und kräftige Bitterkeit. Handwerklich gut gemacht.

Bouteille: Deep golden, hazy, small off-white head; floral (pretty similar to Sauvignon Blanc) and grapefruity hoppy nose; almost solid bitter flavour, some sweetness still detectable, not too dry; bitter-sweet finish, hops stickin’ to the palate, and malty and cough-syrupy finish. Quite good, but the very floral nose of "cat-piss" is not my favourite…

Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Share, Copenhagen - Golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a medley of citrus and tropical fruits, some caramel sweetness creeping on, herbal and piney hoppy into the bitter finish. Nice!
