Gravicask, shared with Finn at the 24th Carmarthen Beer Festival. Decent bubbly white head over a clear golden body, clingy lacing on the glass. Taste of herbal hops with a citrus punch. Taste of herbal hops, orange and mid-sweet grainy malts. Distant fruit bitter ending. A bit thin on the swallow. Satisfying. (04.10.2018).

Cask at the Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery, grainy malt, light pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at White Hart, Frimley Green. Floral honey aroma with a malty edge. Pale gold with a thin frothy white head. Light bitter with some herbal properties. Underlying sweetness. Light but with some slickness. Benefits frm soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Not too bad for a gold. Has some character.

(Cask at White Horse, Parson’s Green, London, 23 April 2017) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple and a balanced citric bitterness in a sweetish finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
