Sehr geringe Karbonisierung. Süffiger, dunkel malziger Beginn. Geringe Röstigkeit, Vanille, deutlich erkennbarer Hopfen. Leicht steigende Bitterkeit, rund, weich. Langer Nachgeschmack. Gut! 8/11/12/12/10/12

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts malty, spicy, notes of some sweets, cookies, cake. Mild chocolate hints. Well balanced malty finish, modest sweet. Nice!

31-08-18 // taster at the brewpub. Bottle. Murky brown. Small foamy head. Loads of caramel, sweet malts, vanilla, mild oak. Lacks some body again in the end.

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Again thanks a lot! Pours out unclear brown, nearly no head. Mid sweet malty smell. Taste starts very hopy, thick sweet malty, present alcoholic sharpness with fruity elements. Dark choco with fresh hop in the second part. Some wood. Strong brown ale.
EDIT: This was my beer no. 2112. I hoped since years that I get a Rush Video at this point. And YES! Geddy Lee appears! Thanks RB!

Bottle from the brewpub. Smooth fersh beginning. The beer is deep with caramel and roast. Easy to drink, not much depth. The wood is there only in hints, the hops are floral with earthy aspects. Dry fruity bitter aftertaste with hints of wood and hints of pine and resin. Nice one!
