ABV: (5.1)%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, citrus, soap - soapy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, grass, spicy, soapy, pale malt, floral, hops and soapy bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively. [20200718]

25/6/2020. Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel! Attractive looking pour, clear pale amber with a bubbly just off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, grassy, citrus, sweet malt, touch of caramel and light pine notes. Fairly sweet with light bitterness. Texture a bit sticky. Started crisp and refreshing but sweetness became a little too much.

Paper wrapped 0,5 l bottle. Again from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear golden with a two finger white head in the glass. Taste has some fruity hop, yeast but also strange burnt plastic sequences. Mid dry bitterness. Sorry, can´t get in the beers from Brauhof Saar.

31-08-18 // taster at the brewpub. Bottle. Unifltered golden. Big white head. Nose of citra hops. Taste is quite light bodied, some grains and malts in the back but dominated by a nice smooth citra hop aroma and bittereness.

50cl bottle from the brewpub. Smooth mild beginning. Round and refreshing, nice floral grassy aroma of citra hops. Grainy body, not too bitter, refreshing round with lots of floralness. Round and smooth with hints of grain in the floral-fresh aftertaste. Nice.
