(Draft at Muted Horn, Berlin, 15 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, citrus and herbs. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, hay, grass, citrus, herbs and a balanced herbal/citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and well balanced. Quite nice.

50cl op tap bij In de Wildeman. Iets mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, mineralen, grassig, wat toast, strak droog en bitter. Lichte body. Prima Märzen, nam mee weer even terug naar Bamberg e.o

Mild herber Beginn mit erhöhter Karbonisierung. Trocken herb, erstaunlich wenig aromatisch. Konstante intensive Herbe, langer Abgang. Monoton. 9/7/7/6/11/7

Flaska från Landbierparadis, disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Doft av honung, bröd, säd, örter. Rejäl tuggig, mjuk och rund kropp. Smak av jäst, bröd, säd, örter, gräs. Frisk och drickvänlig. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is sweet malts, not so much hops, but clean. Taste is honeycomb, sweet malts, not much hops. Chewy mouthfeel. This non-hoppiness is unusual for Knoblach - they usually have much hoppier beers. But hey, it's clean!

Bottle at hopdog. Clear red golden, white foam. Chewy grain, a bit sweetness, mellow mouthfeel, fruity light herbal finish. Nice.

07-07-19 // tap at muted Horn Berlin. Clear golden and with a white head. A very dry body. Grains, dusty. Dry bitterness, unexpected for a Helles. But so damn smooth. Great.
