Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato finiscono sentori di miele, pane e cereali.

Brassigaume 2024. An almost clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grainy malt, yeast. Taste of pale malt, grains, cereals, easy to drink.

Pale blond color, cloudy, with medium sized head. Delicate aroma of citrusy hops, with a touch of crispy malts (6+). The mouthfeel is very dry, there is some wheat flavor, too little to awake the interest (6-), and the hopping is timid, with mild bitterness and a light citrus touch.
Not a bad beer, just very simple.
