Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and yeasty notes. Flavour was sweet and malty and had caramel, hops and peachy notes.

50cl bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear copper with a small white head. Sweet notes of grain, caramel, fresh hay and hops. Taste is sweet of bread, caramel and hayish malts. Medium and smooth body. Diacetyl perhaps - but tasty and quaffable.

Bottled. Deep golden colour, not much head. Aroma is hops, grain, some caramel and other strange sweet notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild diacetylic notes

Light dull copper. Has a bland butter/caramel aroma. Light caramel taste, a bit sweet in the finish. Not really all that worthwhile to begin with and the diacetyl doesn’t help.

bottle. Clear pale yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Grainy, solid malty basw with some shy hoppy accents and a touch of salt.

(6/31/08) Draught at the brewpub in Bamberg. Clear deep golden. Aroma of some malt, hints of hops and some vegetal notes. Sweetish malty flavor with some light bready notes and a drier finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle. Golden coloured with a tight white head that left plenty of lacing down the glass. Aroma of sweetish malt with some grassy hops. Easy drinking with a hint of caramel and more hops, ending in a decent bitter finish. A good lager.

Clear golden color, creamy white head. Light lemony aroma. Clean, malty lager with lemony hoppy flavors. Well-made pale lager.

A golden beer with a fine white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of grain, caramel, and grass - very fresh. The flavor is sweet malty at first with notes of caramel and grain, but these are soon overpowered by strong grassy and hoppy notes, that carries thru to a quite bitter end.
