27/1/2023. Cask at the 14th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear dark gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, grass, sweet malts. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, tart edge. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Third, gravicask at Swindon's 33rd Annual Beer Festival. Shared with Finn. Bubbly head to a clear golden body, faint lacing. Moderate ripe citrus nose. Citrus flavours with lemon up front, balanced with a twist of caramel malts. Rounded bittersweet end. Clean on the swallow. fair enough. (26.10.2019).

Cask half pint at No. 7 Market Tavern, Mayfair. Pale golden colour, white head. Moderate aroma, a hint of citrus. The flavour is slightly buttery, again with notes of citrus, decent hops in the finish.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 11 Apr 2014) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with tropical fruit, grass and biscuity malt. Fruity, malty taste with notes of grass, tropical fruit, apricots, hints of grapefruit and a slightly resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and tasty. Quite nice.
