Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, minimale Bitterkeit.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty with a very shy hoppy touch. Solid Helles, but quite boring.

Bottle, 4.9%. Bready and papery aroma, not fresh-smelling. Clear shiny dark golden colour. OK white head. The flavour is also papery and bready, but in a fresher way than the aroma. A little sweet and slightly rotten grain. Some floral aroma hop. Decent chalky mouthfeel. This beer seems to have its ups and downs, but mostly downs, I feel.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with a good deal of yeast and a subtle note of citrus and malt. High carbonation. Bitter finish with a mild estery note. OK but not quite anything above the foreseeable.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 11/2012, alc. 4.9 %)
Clear golden color, small white head. Woody-grainy aroma, light notes of cardboard. Light to medium-bodied. Sweet malty, quite grainy, harsh. Low bitterness, more on malty side. Didn’t feel fresh.

Good example of a seasonal German pilsener, nice golden hue ,with ample head. Nice grain aromas and sharp bite in the aftertaste. Moderate carbonation keeps the fizz going throughout. A very regional bier, no the best in its class, but a far better than the average AMerican beer....

Mild würziger Beginn mit konstanter heller Herbe. Milder werdend, gering herb, etwas getreidig. Trinkbares aber recht langweiliges Bier. 6/6/7/6/8/6
