(bottle) Clear, yellow colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and a bit acidic nose with light grainy malt, sour dough and slightly herbal, slightly metallic hops. Medium-sweet flavour, grainy malty, doughy taste, light bodied with a moderate carbonation; dryish, slightly bitter and acidic finish with herbal hops and a metallic aftertaste. Rather poor brew.

Extremely pale clear gold with very light, fluffy head. Very dry, stuffy, warm grain nose, as in a malt storage - on a warm summers’ day. Even some honey. Very dry, hoppy beer but with a metallic tang. Light, but pleasing texture. Just the aftertaste leaves to be desired, as it is only the metallic tang that remains. Nice light German beer: very basic, but satisfying. Thanks to Stef.
