# 472; 10/2016. Velmi nepovedená pšenice. Vůně výrazně obilná, jemně karamelová. Středně plné, ječmený, mladinový, nakyslý.

Bottle at at Würzburger Hofbräu, Würzburg, Bavaria Saturday 9th March 2019. Pours dark gold bordering onto light amber with a large white head. The wheatiness here is subtle and restrained, however the beer is nonetheless most pleasant a touch straightforward perhaps, the slice of lemon in the glass rather tips the aroma into citrussy zone and was a touch unecessarry and frustrating but hey ho others probably like that and we can live with it so it's fine.

Pours clear, medium-dark blonde ( darker than the average Kristalweissen ) medium-small white head with medium-low stability. Fades to a small layer of white, creamy head. Smell is phenolic, and esther ( such as every beer in this style ) in an about 50/50 equal intensity. mild wheat. Very small spicy hop background ( very hidden ) Taste is kinda toasty ( which is weird in the style ) very intense malty, as well as wheat. Very mild esthers and phenols ( for the style ) medium body, medium-high to high carbo. It's not a good style example for the kristalweissen, but I must say I like the toasty aspect in this.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Clear golden colour, white foam. Banana, citrus, some spices. Easy drinkable, rather sweet. Not bad.

From old tasting notes. Nice clear yellow gold color. Spicy dry, tart apple aroma. Spicy clove like malt flavor. Good crisp fruity notes. Light tart finish and aftertaste. Clean, crisp and refreshing.

At Huttn, Nuremberg. Golden/orange with a white head. Quite soft with some banana, bread and light spices. Easy to drink. An ok one.

Many thanks for this swing-top botle to kevnic2008. Pianka spokojna spora i trwala. Kolor bursztynowy jasny i klarowny. Wiadomo bez osadu. Zapach skorki chleba pszennego. W smaku dodatkowo czuc banany i suszona morele. Dobre kristall Weizen
