Aus der Flasche im 2018-04 getrunken. Das bernsteinfarbende Bier mit einen beigen feinporigen, aber auch kurzweiligen Schaum kommt sehr klassisch daher. Es ist sehr süffig und der Hopfen ist recht leicht aber immer noch präsent. Sicher ein ordentliches Bier gegen den Durst, aber für mich etwas zu langweilig, da hier nun gar nichts zu entdecken gibt. Danke an Erzengel für dieses Bier.

0,33 l bottle and again from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear amber in the glass, small head. Smells malty and grassy on a low level. Taste is also grassy malty, some increasing dry bitterness. Above average carbonation. Okay.

33cl bottle, from Erzengel, local swap 3/217. Many thanks! BBE 05.03.18. The beer poured deep amber in color with a thin white head. Aroma has bready notes, grains and some light molasses. Bready, sweet caramelly malty, grainy also mild nutty notes. Light, good drinkability.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, wheaty-grasy notes. Well balanced. Mild finish but not boring. Mild dry ending. Nice!

Draught@Bruch’s No 1, Saarbrücken. Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden, some earthy and mild cellar like dustiness to it. Flavour is mild iron/blood, some toffee, cellar and some sweet maltiness to it.

Draught @ Bruch’s No.1, Saarbrücken. Aroma is rather mild with some nutty malt and mild roastiness. Flavour has toffee, metallic tones, grass and some bready malt. Rather malty stuff, too bad with the metal.
