Hops – Magnum, Mosaic, Citra, Motueka
Hop bitterness – High (50 IBU)
Hop aroma – High (6g/L)
Colour – Copper (20 EBC)
Drinkability – Moderate.

Tap at Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Slightly hazy amber body, off-white head. Ice tea and tropical touches, dry, bit minerally. Lean dry taste, very dry, berries, peach ice tea, malty touches, minerally. Not much bitterness. Okay, fine basic hoppy ale.

Aromas of pineapple, marshmallow and a little citrus. The palate's a little thin, though I do like the honey and stonefruit taste. It's an OK IPA.

500ml can from Gavel Coffee and Kitchen, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, buttery yeast, light citrus fruits, wet dank, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh, fruity, light resin, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A solid, old skool, no nonsense IPA.

Can. Clear copper with an off white head . Aroma of tenor register citrus, bread crust, mango skin, pine. A bit thin. The bitterness is not high but the lack of weight in the malt makes it feel a little rasping. Some boiled oranges. Not quite sure what it wants to be.

Pint on tap at Club Rivers, Riverwood. Golden bronze beer with a thin white head. Hugh fine carbonation. Great aroma of pine, plum, and malt. Good lacing. Taste is clean, fresh, sharply bitter. Finish is dry and herbal. Nice IPA, complex but easy-drinking.

From a 500ml can on 26/3/2018. Pours a clearish dark golden with a medium head. Has a light fruity nose. Starts with some caramel malt, which is followed by some muted sweet fruit. Finishes with some reasonably firm, resiny hops. Medium bodied with moderate to average carbonation. Reasonably solid but unspectacular.

Keg at Tap Craft Beer Bar, Singapore. Clear pale amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with some tropical fruits. Sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and tropical fruit jam. Piney sugary finish with long bitterness. Too sweet and caramelly.
