18-04-18 // 500ml bottle frrom the brewery. Shared. Black coloured. Small head. Slightly smoky malt nose. Sweet malty. Sugary. Hazelnut? Mild chocolate. Little bitter finish.

And the next 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pours out nearly black. Smallest beige head. Nutts and hop, also a smokey smell. Taste starts low smokey, malty, hazelnut and some berriefruits in the second row. Touch of hop. Smooth and round. Low carbonated. Nice stuff.

50cl bottle from the brewpub. Great smooth roasted nose. The beer starts fresh, mild. Lots of roast, nuts, dry caramel. Nice woody hints, very soft and smooth with a great chocolate coffee balanced body. The bitterness is low, the nuts and the fir cones are in the foreground. Great intense aroma, smooth, refreshing and deep. Great smooth stuff!

50cl swing top bottle from the brewpub. Pours dark reddish brown colour with a mid-sized tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, smoke, red fruits. Taste of sweet dark roasted malt, chocolate, nuts, some smoke, red fruits, good stuff!

Weicher malziger Antrunk mit erhöhter Karbonisierung. Schokoladig, dabei aber eher herb als süß. Rund, die Malzigkeit steigt, nussige und sehr leicht rauchige Noten. Vollmundiger und doch weicher Nachhall. Gut! 12/12/12/13/9/12
