Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hay, light hoppy, grass - hay. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, malty, grassy - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101120]

Bottled(500ml). -Golden/yellow coloured, medium sized white head, low carbonation, barnyard nose. Malty, weak hoppy and grainy with light herbal notes. Moderate bitter finish, goes well with spiced food.

Frisch grasig-würziger Antrunk, süß. Auch im Mittelteil vorwiegend süß, etwas hopfig, mild. Süffig, wenig würzig, zum Ende hopfiger, gleichbleibend süß. Ganz OK. Danke an quack-duck für das Bier. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,8,8,8,8,8 - 8,40

Bottle (by kind permission of Quack-Duck !): Greenish-golden, quite stable white head; solid grainy-sweet nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; almost lingering sweet-pale malty and slightly hoppy finish. Decent and good..........

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized bubbly foamy head. Light to moderately sweet grainy aroma with light notes of marzipan and shy hoppy notes in the background. Grainy malt-accented taste, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation; medium-dry, sweet-bitter finish with shy hoppy aspects. Solid brew, pleasant to drink (18.08.08).
