50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry grassy and slight spiced hoppy. Sweet malty, crisp hoppy flavoured. Light bitterness coming through into the finish. Ends dry and crisp bitter.

Beer tasted under artificial, coloured light, Appearance marks average = 4. Draught Dry, but fresh malts jumping up. Lots of yeast notes, malts obvious. Pretty sweet, a bit sugary, but ends spicier.Rosewater - probably a streak from the yeast. Light body, grist slickness. Regular, none-special Helles.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm Clear deep golden, rich airy head. Buttery malt aroma. Sweet and fruity, generously malty with some buttery vegetables. Rounded mouthfeel, but it lacks the desired malt softness. Fairly low bitterness. A bit disappointing.

God, not sure why people aren’t all over this. This is a German schooling of what Hellas should be from its frothy white head, full malty mouth with bready notes with a touch of lemon and grassiness off dry bready finish. Not to mention perfectly balanced. Excellent.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pilsener golden and very clear with a delicate, creamy, white head. Soft, malty nose. Dominated by plenty of nice malt, but is mainly dry and less sweet than your typical Helles. Discreet bitterness. 101205

Pale golden offwhite head. Green fresh herbal hop aroma on a light cookie malt base. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel - lacks a bit chewiness. Straw malt, good fresh Hallertau profile. Old rating: 6 3 6 2 10 Bottle Golden, low visible carbonation, foamy white head. Sraw malt and grassy hop aromanotes. Earthy and strawlike malt flavor topped off with dry grassy hops. Lightish body, slightly flat mouthfeel. Light nutty aftertaste.
