Bottle 0.5l. Completely black with light-brown, creamy consistency head and good lacing. Aroma is full of bret, wild, funky, a little bit fruity cherry-like and subtle wine. Chocolate, roasty notes and other typical for ris are hidden behind bret. The beer is also wild in taste but chocolate is clear noticeable and great balanced with funky notes. Beer is full body, smooth, even a little bit sticky in the mouth in aftertaste, each sip warms inside, delicate burns in the throat but in nice way and gives pleasure. It was really good idea aged the beer for 3 years in Pinot Noir barrels with added brettanomyces.

On tap at Vultures Lane. Pours pitch black. Charcoal, coffee, chocolate, smoke, vanilla, cherry, strawberry, little farmyard, toast, cocoa, oak. Huge full body. Absolutely delicious.
