Lilly is a blend of different wild ales varying from 1 up to 2.5 years, refermented with a generous amount (350 grams per liter) of raspberries. To add some more complexity and depth, we’ve added some beer which has macerated for an even longer time on red wine grapes. The result is an floral and vibrant raspberry wild ale which is perfectly balanced.

Head gone in seconds; bright dark orangey beer. Superb raspberry nose, cherry jam. Red fruit jumble in the mouth, sweet-sour, hints at lemon - all mild. Strangely enough, not very vinous. Raspberries present. Light acidburn and - thinning, low carbonation.Very nice, if not really stellar.

Medlemsflaska från Tommie Sjef. Tjusig klarröd med rosavit krona som hänger kvar. Fyllig doft och smak med solvarma hallon och vinbärsblad. Röda druvor och fat lite längre bak. Fin syra, djup, tanniner och druvstjälkar med fin kryddig ton som möter upp bärigheten. Elegant och mycket gott.
