500ml bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, barely lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, rather neutral, malty background, notes of sweet pineapple, mango, some passion fruit, a touch of overripe and rotting tropical fruit. Taste is sweet-ish, pale and wheaty malty, juicy, tropical fruity and mildly bitter, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of mango, passion fruit, some grapefruit, a bitter, zesty touch of grapefruit rind, some fruit acidic tartness; lingering, moderately bitter, minimally leafy hoppy and tart-ish, fruity finish.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, slightly scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite fruity but not overly freshly fruity, partially rather "fermented" fruitiness - OK.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours hazy pale amber, nose is mango, citrus, toffee, taste is similar.

BBT visits Vienna. Tap at Ten Fifty. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness and zesty orange. Light sweetness. Good but not great.

From tap @ the source @ Drang nach Wien. Head is medium, white, good retention. Colour is gold hazy. Aroma is citrus, orange, tangerine tropical fruits. Taste is medium malty base, citrus grapefruit, bready, apricot , ok.

Tap. Hazy orange golden color with white head. Aroma of alcohol, pines, citrus hops. Taste is the same.

Tap during BBT Wiena trip. Hoppy and malty aroma and taste, tropical fruit, strawberries, oxidation, medium bitter, light sweet. Medium body, hoppy and malty bitter finish. Average.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Tuesday 20th June 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, cooking Cannelloni, it's another incredibly wonderful super sunny day here. This is super juicy, tangy and so tropical fruity. Absolutely doesn't taste 8%, in fact cannot believe it's that strength. This is great considering it's not a favourite style of mine.
