Our first, flagship and still our best-selling bitter. Wold Top Bitter is a light amber coloured, crisp clean aromatic session bitter. Home grown Barley malt and Northdown hops give an unusually full flavour and a long hoppy finish for its abv.

500ml bottle bought at Kjeller 5, Tromsø. Crystal clear, golden-brown coloured body. Frothy, near-white head. Dotted spots on the glass. Aroma of earthy malts and noble hops. Flavour of leafy hops gently mingled with malty sweetness. Smooth resinous bitter ending. Fine bodied compared to the low abv. Soft in the mouth. Decent version of the style (shared with Finn H. at his place, Tromsø 27.03.2014).

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo and Veitafan. A proper British bitter with a clear brownish amber colour and a small off-white head. Nice aroma of caramel, apricot, leather, toffee and some hops. The flavour is less fruity with a larger malty touch and leather, wort and wood. In the end I sence grassy hops. Mouth feel is easy and smooth, and has a light to medium bitterness. An easy-drinking and decent bitter.

0.5l bottle. This is a crystal clear golden-brown colored one with a small bubbly quickly sidesticking white top. It's light floral on the aroma with traces of caramel, metal and some old sweet fruits. Not to exciting to be honest. It has a decent amount of flavor for being such a little guy. Average on the carbonation and light watery on the mouthfeel. Soft sweet malty flavors, light soapy-bitter with more traces of old fruits and a light dry-bitter branch-like thing in the finish and aftertaste. Nice caramel all the way. Actually not that bad at all this bitter. 16.02.2013

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear amber with very little head. Grassy, slightly cereal aroma with light fruity notes. Nice pleasant bitter flavor for this low ABV, citrus and malt.
