Our first, flagship and still our best-selling bitter. Wold Top Bitter is a light amber coloured, crisp clean aromatic session bitter. Home grown Barley malt and Northdown hops give an unusually full flavour and a long hoppy finish for its abv.

Clear goldem with tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with malty and grainy notes. Ends sweet.

Gravity dispense at the Miners’ Arms Summer Beer Festival, St Werburgh’s Bristol 6/8/07. A non-descript bitter. Copper coloured with a minimal head. Some hops on the aroma followed by a slightly malty flavour and a bitter finish. Ok.
