Modeled after the strong ales poured in English pubs, and named after our friend Sterlin Harjo’s award winning feature film. Grain base is 100% English barley (Maris Otter) that gets boiled for over 10 hours for paramount caramelization. Fermented with a blend of odd yeasts and on an odd fermentation schedule for particular ester selection. This beer is an effort to magnify the earthy part of the profile indicative of the style. Yeast, hops, and methods were all chosen to expand the earthy consequences, a forgotten silhouette in our extreme climate. The custard sea moved over the shore.
