Sahara dry apple. Leathery and dirty, treebark and wood with some juicy apple seeping through. Tannin overdose. I feel my brain dehydrating each sip. The regular brut was a bit sour, this one is not. Very nice and extremely dry.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy pale yellow. Dry funky apples, bitter green tannins, fresh wood, earthy, green apples, light pear. Light sweet and a bit more bitter. Solid medium body, bine dry. Decent, but a bit too ‘green’ for me.
