Svart. Lavt tett sjokoladefarget skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av melkesjokolade. Inviterende. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lakris, nøtter og sjokolade. Kakao i en forsiktig bitter avslutning.

Burnt Mill Big Sur Moon Cocoa Porter 4.2% Cola black pour with ruby highlights and a thick rocky head of fluffy tan foam. The aroma is very roasty and the taste is dark chocolate and the finish gives you cocoa powder. Light bodied and silky smooth. A solid Porter.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 15th December 2022. Sepia black with tan foam and scant lacing. Coffee roast malt aroma with dark chocolate. An unsweetened cocoa and coffee beans blend in-mouth and a rich roasty finish. Medium full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Can at home picked up from Brewdog Tower Hil. An opaque chestnut brown coloured pour with lively light tan head. Aroma is milky woody roast, earthy, bark, rustic, . Flavour is composed of earthy roast, lactose sugars, cocoa, earthy chocolate, clean fermentation, light apple. Some dried chocolate and coco. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Drinks good.
