We took a base of Munich & Vienna malts, then layered it with a mix of specialty malts to create a rich wort that was then whirlpooled with Cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermented with lager yeast and cold conditioned till we were left with a rich and smooth chocolate character.

Svart. Lavt tett sjokoladefarget skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av melkesjokolade. Inviterende. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lakris, nøtter og sjokolade. Kakao i en forsiktig bitter avslutning.

Burnt Mill Big Sur Moon Cocoa Porter 4.2% Cola black pour with ruby highlights and a thick rocky head of fluffy tan foam. The aroma is very roasty and the taste is dark chocolate and the finish gives you cocoa powder. Light bodied and silky smooth. A solid Porter.
