This is a beer to drink all night long and all year round. A slower, low temperature fermentation and dry hopping with Mosaic yields crisp flavours, subtle bitterness and a gentle floral, tropical fruit aroma.

Cask-conditioned, at the Seven Stars, Bristol, 4/10/2017. Deep gold in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Leafy hops, some stone fruits and ripe, rich tea, malts, before a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask at the rising sun Berkhamstead. Light orange golden coloured pour with a thin fading patchy off white head. Aroma is pale grains, grassy, kiwi hops, raw brown bread. Flavour is composed of brown bready grains, rye, grassy citrus, hedgerow berry. Hints of tropical notes in the finish. Palate is grainy, lowish cask condition. OK.

Sample at the brewery. Nice floral, fresh with a nice smooth grainy body. Lots of floral hops, not much bitterness. Highly drinkable with a nice fresh crisp aftertaste.
