330ml bottle. Poured a murky, medium to dark brown colour with a big frothy off white head. The aroma is toffee caramel, burnt treacle, aromatic hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, moreish caramel, floral aromatic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle. Murky brown with a huge beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, dried fruits and a tiny hint of coffee. Taste is (roasted) malts, caramel, nuts, dried dark fruits and some sugar without being sweet. A subtle but very pleasant note of hops shows up in the aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Very balanced. This is a nice Dubbel.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Hema Culemborg. Brown with a beige head. Roasted malts, candy sugar and red fruit aroma. Taste is sweet but not annoyingly so. Nice dubbel, certainly on par with most Belgian ones.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Amber coloured, small off-white head, mild caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light nutty and notes of metal with touch of dried fruits in the finish. Bit watery also. Pretty boring.
