The bottle I tried was 4% abv. Pours cloudy dark amber-golden, almost brown, with a thick foamy tan head. Aroma is bitter citrus, cider, cinnamon, pepper... Quite reminiscent of Orval (wild yeast involved? Brett?) Very dry, quite sour, no bitterness. Long finish. Very interesting.

33cl, bottled 27.01.15, best before 08.06.15. Dark brown in the glass. The beer starts very neutral. Malty fresh, slightly dry but absolutely no hops there. And I think it is quite fresh. Nice malty aftertaste, smooth in aroma, fresh but nothing more. Easy to drink, smooth, hints of malt, round.

04/12 0.33 l bottle from Vinoteca Belostikale, Bilbao. It poured hazy, darker copper body with quite big white head. Caramel aroma touched with light but fine coffee aroma and a bit of citrus hops. Lightly sweet, fine flavor, caramel, biscuit, toffee, generally toasted and slightly herbal from hops. Medium bodied with quite long, caramel and a bit plastic finish. Not a real IPA, maybe APA, but a pleasant beer than wouldn’t suffer from heavier body!
