Dark amber, nice frothy white head, clear, good lacing
Aroma of soft sweet caramel, slight yeast, hint of cereal, slight barley sugar, dab of honey, good aroma
Taste of sweet caramel, barley sugar malts, sweet biscuit, honey, maybe a dab of candy sugar
Palate - soft carb, medium body, oily, sweet malty. Finish is sweet with some soft biscuit
Overall - Maybe a bit too sweet, but I did like this, interesting well-made beer
