Canned. Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla, caramel, some mild nutty and toasted notes. Flavour is nutty, chocolaty, some caramel, fudge, mild alcohol as well as some bitterness and some dark dried fruits to it.

Black with a medium sized creamy beige head that lingered and left good lacing. Bitter and roasty with strong espresso, vanilla cream and cocoa. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Nitro can from TWSP. Pours brown with a lovely nitro head, soft, tan, beautiful. Heavy coffee, chocolate, cocoa nose. Sweet chocolate, bitter coffee, cream, oats, hint of buried fruit. Very nice.

From s can that was in an advent beer calendar. #10, thanks Typhany! Pop the lid and this is one delicious smelling brew, lots of fun olfactory of dark pastries all around. The look is also very beautiful, a big creamy rolling feast for the eyes. It finally settles down into a black brew with a creamy tan head. Taste is of course a flat mouth coating experience of deeper stout. Somewhat volatile mix of mild coffee, dark chocolate and mild filbert nuts or some other kind of sweeter nuts in there too. Sweet at times but not cloying. Not bad, just interesting and somewhat unique. Not sure if this is really a pastry, it's much more civilized than most domestic pastry beers I've done recently.

Can at home, from BD online, 02/10/21. Black with a handsome lasting khaki head. Nose is rich roast, vanilla, coffee bean, chocolate brownie melt, sugars, mellow roast. Taste comprises sweet malts, burnt toffee, molasses, coffee bean, espresso notes. Medium bodied, soft massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout but closes a touch on the thin side.
