Cēsis Premium Bohemian - a velvety dark beer for those who love life - born in Cēsis!
A velvety, dark and light beer. The caramelised malt gives this beer a luxurious mahogany colour and a pleasantly sweet taste.
It is our conviction that the values and image represented by the Cēsu Premium brand have a direct link to the well-being of our customers and, as generations change, they become one of the prerequisites for making a choice.

Can from local European shop. Drank at home – in celebration of 107 years of Latvian independence ! Pours a slightly hazy dark chocolate with a small frothy tan head and some lacing. There’s a sense of boiled cabbage in the aroma – but in a good way ! In the mouth it is quite sweet but has an overpowering flavour of caramel. Slightly watery texture with flavour too of malts and chocolate. Some bitterness (and plenty of caramel) in the finish. This is quite decent – but also a bit of a mess.

56,8cl bottle from SuperAlko, Ainaži. Pours dark brown to mahogany coloured with a modest, slightly tanned head. Malty and caramelly without much other notes. Sweet, somewhat watery and fairly low flavour intensity. Boring, but drinkable.
