Delicate and drinkable full blond beer, it shows all the characteristics of a classic Lager with a more pronounced body and aroma. The addition of special light malts and "perfume" hops to the basic recipe gives it a particular and interesting typicality.

Clear pale to medium amber colour, medium frothy white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Light sour fruity nose, orange, apricot, some perfume, flowers, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and sour, also slighly bitter. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste combination of sweet, sour and bitter, maybe infected, anyway not in balance. Very nice bottle though.

Bottle from B.O.A., Ostia, bb 7/2014, batch 5002
Hazy deep blond color, with high carbonation, medium sized head. Light aroma of malt and rosemary. Highly carbonated mouthfeel; some malt flavor, with correct bitterness; the hop profile is almost herbal.
Average, not bad, but simple.
