A place-based batch featuring the apples from two orchards on a tiny Pender Island road called Westwind. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts before being re-fermented in the bottle with raw juice saved from the pressing season to give it a lively, natural bubble.

Apple peel and barnyard notes. Clearish effervescent and nice bubbles. Effervescent. Light acidic bite and tannins with a nice funky finish.
