Light yellow color, hazy with a white head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, quince, nettle and some grapes. The taste is light bodied and sparkly fresh, medium bitter and a little bit boring. In the aftertaste there is a lot more bitterness, which is a little herbal and stays a long time. The carbonization is a much.
