Hazy amber-ish. Sweet and sour. Massive floral and funky, bit weird and sickly milky, like cornflakes or wet tortilla chip funk. Andives, mango and hibiscus. Weird but pleasant.

Bottle shared. Almost clear dark golden with small white head. Flowery, sour grains, lactic notes, yeasty, fruity soup, weidd umami potato mash with gravy, tea. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Super strange, but quite refreshing overall. Weeeeiiirrd

The second one in a series of so-called anti-Covid-19 vaccines, in fact Omega (one of Alvinne's classic sour ales) infused with, I assume, locally picked wild flowers, an idea reminiscent of what Dutch Nevel and others do, but of course as old as beer itself. Snow white, mousy, medium thick, opening head leaving an irregular ring and a thin veil in the middle; misty pale orange-tinged peach blonde robe. Aroma of green gooseberries, stewed rhubarb, sweetclover, a weird but strong presence of raw green beans, tomato peel, passionfruit, stale orange juice, raw cauliflower, lime. Crisply citric-lactic sour onset, unripe orange, green gooseberry and light passionfruit notes, fizzily carbonated; slender bready core with a yoghurty lactic sourness continuing all the way through, while this vividly fruity crispness remains and eventually gets accompanied by indeed retronasal floral aromas, albeit in a somewhat 'withered' way and accompanied by that weird green vegetable aspect. Refreshing, drying finish. Another interesting Alvinne sour, though that green vegetable aspect took me a while to get used to (and was doubtlessly unintentional). Not as elegant and impressive as Vaccin 1.0, but certainly inviting to keep following this series, which apparently develops a whole lot faster than the actual search for an anti-Covid-19 vaccine...

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden to amber, white head. Aroma: Floral, bit tart, malty. Taste: Floral and lightly fruity, herbal hints, light mint- and anise-like hints. over moderate tart and moderate sweet, malty. Light bitterness. Very light funky. Sweet and sour flowers on the foreground... Rather unusual combination of flavours but it works out quite well for me. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation.

Head reduced in seconds to rim over ochre beer. Very herbal nose, intense, linden tea, cucumber, honey. Tea with I speculaas /I spices, chamomille. Some Morpheus encoding. Light to medium bodied, "fruit-filled". Low carbonation. Even less Covid feeling now. Seriously, very complex and unusual, interesting beer.
