Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Pale golden with a small creamy head. Not too many Wetherspoon festival ales pass by me so itโ€™s nice to find this missing tick 16 months later. Has a malt-hop nose, with some citrus fruit in aroma and taste, but not an overly stated one.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol, October 2013. Golden with a slight white head. Sweetish beer, with a jarring, corny edge. Not for me.

Cask at Baxterโ€™s Court, JDW - Hackney, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose is all pale bread, white grape and lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor with lots of white grape, pale bread, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Sweet finish, moderately well balanced, with further pale bread and white grapes. Good stuff.
