Our flagship pale, and our most famous beer. Moonshine has been in production since way back in 1996, when our brewery led the path to America to experiment with hops never before seen in the UK. More than 20 years down the line and Moonshine is still a firm favourite across the board. Hopped with Willamette, Delta, Citra, Chinook & Centennial - this is a beautifully well balanced pale perfect for any occasion. Clear and golden with a frothy white head and just a hint of biscuit malt on the nose. Smooth and a little creamy, biscuit malt with a touch of sweet lemon, finishes dry and bittersweet.

(Cask at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20251015) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had honey, perfume and citrus fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, honey, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, grass and bitterness. A nice hoppy brew with good bitter finish.

Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear golden colour with a big, lasting, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a smooth, somewhat light, malt, yeasty, light citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Not sure why I've never checked this in before. Decent, easy drinking pale.

Ok, so this is my 3rd of the evening and I have been to a chilli festival, but this really doesn't taste of much. Well made and a good mouthfeel but not much flavour. Meh!

Cask at the Prague Beer Fest 2023 - thanks guys! Clearish golden body, white head. Ice tea and malty notes in the aroma. Soft ice tea notes in the taste, ending bitterish. Good stuff, bit chalky, but chuggable.
