A classic India Pale Ale, with a resolute hoppy kick and lasting citrus finish. An American amber malt profile adds smooth caramel notes, balanced with Chinook, Columbus, Centennial and Eureka! hops.

Cask at the Pure Bar and Kitchen, Birmingham . Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is nettle hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a lovely smooth woody resin hop spice pepper palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at Haymarket. Clear pale golden pour, thin white head. Good citrus hop aromas, grapefruit and so on. More good bitterness on the taste too. A little on the thin side if anything, but very nice.

500ml bottle [6.0% abv as per label]. Clear dark golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney hop aroma, some citrus, a touch of passion fruit. Taste is crisp, dry to bitter hoppy, minimally piney, caramel malty basis with a touch of biscuit. Simple but nice.
